Location: Hyderabad
An MSO Voice Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver accurate and professional customer service to all our Sears members.
This vital position requires a real time, interactive, negotiator who will assist members in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. Associates communicate with members primarily through phone and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Handle inbound calls from members and provide them with a solution to their queries
Giving a quick resolution to the members should be the whole and sole responsibility
Manage daily call volume within the stipulated AHT, giving accurate information through navigating multiple source applications available
Meet daily and monthly targets as per performance matrices
Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues
Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing resolution to the members
Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards
Should be open to work and perform as per business requirement under various line of businesses

Skills / Abilities and Knowledge
Should have great Oral and good written communication
Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address member issues appropriately
Good composition skills - ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate verbal and written responses
Action oriented, self-disciplined and organized
Must show the willingness to learn new things
Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Good typing skills
Education (level and type)
Bachelor's degree; Undergraduates upon approval
Should be ready to work in 24 *7 environment, night shifts and flexible to stretch and work on weekends when required.
