We have openings with a CMM Level 4 MNC for L1 Technical Support Engineer Location.

Designation: L1 Technical Support Engineer

Experience:-Fresher

- BE / B.Tech (any stream) any stream from 2016,2017 and 2018 batch.

-BCA / B.Sc/Bcom/MSC/ MCA and BE,BTech (CS) candidates with excellent academic background can also apply.

-Freshers who want to start their career in Technical support.

-Candidates should have excellent communication skills.

- Decent knowledge related to operating system, hardware, networking, etc.

Job Description:

1. Fundamental Technical knowledge on system trouble shooting, few prominent knowledge areas are:-

Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (9X, NT, 2000, XP)

Microsoft Office

Network Connectivity

Printers and print Services

E-Mail and Internet mail

2. Excellent communication skills, with neutral accent. (Voice based Support)

3. Excellent written communication skills with email etiquette.
