Must have skills: Experience working on Technical Service Desk environment and hands on experience on ticketing tools such as HP Service Now. Excellent Communication skills both Verbal and Written. Technical background. Operational discipline, sense of urgency and accountability Incident Management and problem solving Ability to work under time pressure and focus on priorities Experience participating in a collaborative team environment Self-motivated, task driven individual Good to have skills: Experience working on Technical Service Desk environment and hands on experience on ticketing tools as HP Service Now. Experience in Reporting tools and Digital Marketing Application is preferred.
