Must Have Skills:
Good troubleshooting knowledge on Win XP, Win7 Win10 OS;
Good troubleshooting knowledge on Desktop Laptop;
Troubleshooting knowledge on MS Office Networking;
Troubleshooting knowledge on hardware issues
Open for 247 environments; Ability to resolve issues through onsite; Excellent written oral communication skills
Good to have: Good interpersonal skills, troubleshooting skills; Hardware software installation work
Certification Preferred: CCNA/ MS Windows/ITIL
