Job Description : Chat Support

Interact with customers via chat and address issues

  • Help customers with new updates and offers
  • Resolve queries related to sim cards, network, bills issues
  • Maintain SLA and quality. Rotational shifts and weekly offs 24X7 Operations Client data protection.
  • Hands on experience in chat process, email support
  • Resolve the customer queries through email , chat
  • Floor Support (clients related issue, customer problem solving, escalation cases etc)
  • Maintaining and updating production tracker.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with problem solving, logical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Only Immediate joinees

Experience : 1- 5 yrs

Salary : Company Standard

Work Location : Gurgaon

Shifts : Rotational shift (Including night shift)
