Job Description : Chat Support
Interact with customers via chat and address issues
- Help customers with new updates and offers
- Resolve queries related to sim cards, network, bills issues
- Maintain SLA and quality. Rotational shifts and weekly offs 24X7 Operations Client data protection.
- Hands on experience in chat process, email support
- Resolve the customer queries through email , chat
- Floor Support (clients related issue, customer problem solving, escalation cases etc)
- Maintaining and updating production tracker.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with problem solving, logical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Only Immediate joinees
Experience : 1- 5 yrs
Salary : Company Standard
Work Location : Gurgaon
Shifts : Rotational shift (Including night shift)
